This is the Adverse Effects page on the Agents form. It is one of the four tabs on the form. Check marks indicate the potential adverse effects of lead. In Microsoft Access, this same form can be used to “Filter by Form.” So, if you want to filter the records to see only those agents associated with occupational asthma, click “Records” on the menu bar and then click “Filter by Form.” The form shown above will be displayed with all check boxes cleared. Click the check box for “Asthma” and then click “Apply Filter.” The records will be limited to the 200 documented causal agents of occupational asthma.
